Payment policy
Sessions will be pre-paid and payment is due at or before the time of the initial appointment.
Cancellation, late, absence policy
Sessions will generally be based on a 60 minute time frame. Please be on time for your appointments, if you are late for a session it will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session it will be considered cancelled and you will be required to pay the full fee for the session.
Phone consultations need to be taken within 15 minutes of the agreed call time. Transform Fitness UK will contact you at the agreed time, if the phone is not answered we will call again within 5 to 15 minutes. After this time it will be considered cancelled and you will be required to pay the full fee for the consultation.
Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel a training session within this time will result in the client being charged for the session:
- Cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, charged 75% of one session price.
- Cancelled with 24 to 48 hours notice, charged 50% of one session price.
We recommend that you reschedule an appointment rather than cancelling it. We will do our best to accommodate this. To reschedule an appointment a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to avoid charges:
- Rescheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice, charged 25% of one session price.
- Rescheduled appointment with 24 to 48 hours notice, charged 10% of one session price.
Transform Fitness UK understands that in times of emergencies and illness this is not always possible. We will take situations such as these into consideration.
Charges incurred in this way may be obtained by separate billing or reducing the number of sessions provided. In the event the the trainer is unable to attend an appointment, alternative sessions will be offered.
Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with our services, monies paid for services not provided will be refunded (minus any programming fees or block booking discounts).
